I took my car here to have a state inspection done and I knew that I would need some repairs. They send a neat text message with each step of the inspection including photos so when they say it needs fixed, you can actually see what the issue is and know they aren’t doing unnecessary work. Bob and his team were great. They kept me posted throughout the process and were up front with me about which repairs were urgent and which could wait. They also went above and beyond in assessing and repairing a hard-to-diagnose problem with one of my brakes. Overall an excellent experience.
