Bob and his team were great. They kept me posted throughout the process and were up front with me about which repairs were urgent and which could wait. They also went above and beyond in assessing and repairing a hard-to-diagnose problem with one of my brakes. Overall an excellent experience.

I've been a customer of Matt Curry's shops for about 20 years now and I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. My most recent experience with them was excellent, as I have come to expect. I spoke to Andrew at their Chantilly location about upgrading the wheels and tires on my stock Jeep. He patiently walked me through tire sizes, pros/cons of various sizes, and the best possible tire features for my needs (no serious off-roading & safe kid hauler). He helped me decide on an excellent tire (BF Goodrich TO2) and fantastic wheels. Three days later, they were installed with great care and I am not only thrilled with how it all looks, but their handling! I will happily recommend Craftsman Auto Care to everyone I know.
