Craftsman is an excellent facility with great customer service. They are a huge sponsor of a lot of enthusiast events and so excellent work on cars.

On my way to a doctors appointment I realized one of my headlights was off. I was running early to the doctors appointment so I pulled up to a couple shops in the area to see if they could quickly switch the light bulb. Two places said they could do it later that afternoon because their techs were about to go on lunch. So I continued to my doc appt and saw Craftsman Auto Care right across the street. I pulled into their parking lot and gave them a call. One of the techs came out to take a look in just minutes. He replaced my lightbulb in less then 5 minutes!!!! I wish I remembered the techs name but if your reading this THANK YOU!

Bob, Mason and the whole team are amazing. I have never seen a more knowledgeable, professional and compassionate group. Our air conditioning went out on a drive from the Carolinas to New England. They were able to locate the parts the same day for an older Mitsubishi and had it repaired by noon the next day. They even provided a loaner to help us with a difficult situation.
