As a female, I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, unlike most auto centers. I also was not sexually harrassed, which I appreciate.

Excellent service! Rarely, if ever, have I felt comfortable with every aspect of an automotive service from communications to the final service, but I was with this first time visit to Craftsman. New tires, alignment, brake work...I will return for future automotive servicing needs.
