Have been happy with the repairs and service to date. They are catching and diagnosing issues the dealership was not able to find.

I have always gone to a dealership for my regular oil change and maintenance check. This was my first time at Craftsman for an oil change. What a difference! I was very surprised at the thorough check they gave my SUV, without my having to ask for it. It will certainly be my go to place for service in the future. A+ all the way!

A little pricey, but the professionalism and quality of service is unmatched. I had an emissions test and a general vehicle inspection. Little did I know that the inspection is complementary. The inspection they do is unmatched. They have an online portal with pictures for peace of mind. My outer tie rods needed to be replaced (and an alignment to go with it). They stated it would be 2-2.5hrs to complete, so I decided to stay in the waiting room (which is very comfortable). I was pleasantly surprised whenever the car was done closer to 1.5hrs.
