These guys are honest, hard working, and take care of their customers. I had an issue starting my car and they took me the next morning through their quick scheduling tool. DeShawn kept me up to date throughout the process with texts and let me know immediately when it was ready, even offering to pick me up. Will be coming back.

In addition to regular road car service, which is excellent, Craftsman provides expert support for the enthusiast community. Speaking to Porsche in particular, the staff work closely with the local Porsche Club chapter, caring for our cars in the shop and providing advice and emergency TLC at our events. It's great to know that Craftsman is there when we need them, for everyday service and beyond!

Very easy booking process and their customer service is top notch. From an easy drop-off, to a breakdown of repairs needed and cost--Craftsman Auto Care made my service the best experience I've had yet. I was even able to walk away with a copy of future repair costs so I'm able to budget and plan ahead! I will definitely be a returning customer.

I would REALLY recommend this place to anyone in the area. I had difficulties finding a good place in Mclean since everything is overpriced, and employees at other shops in the area make you feel like a nuisance. These guys took care of me right away. They were very thorough, and provided good prices for tires/labor. I knew what I needed for my vehicle and they did not try to sell me on anything extra that was unnecessary. The company was very polite and efficient. With their technology they were able to show all the problems with my vehicle. Some were minor but repaired the major problem which was a new transmission. I was back on the road within a week and during that time was given a loner car. The service was professional and a price was reasonable. I will recommend them to anyone.
