I have been coming to Craftsman Auto Care numerous times , and have always noted exceptionally fine service in every respect. No matter the problem / issue they were able to correct and solve everything and did so , while providing helpful information , which is not typical. Here , the careful attention to the vehicle and the customer is typical. Everyone with whom I have had contact has been exceptionally helpful, friendly and eager to assist in any way. The work is done efficiently and in a timely manner. The atmosphere is always positive and welcoming , and coming to Craftsman and working with everyone has been a pleasure. Gonna start off with this: these guys deserve every bit of their 4.9 rating. Such a long story starting with a suspension noise. Took it to Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly, which was a mistake. If you want a laugh at my literal and figurative expense, look at my review on their page. These guys put in a metric ton of effort into cleaning up the mess that Ted Britt created. Even considering they were down a technician and my car got bumped to the next day, they had it on the lift first thing, and were so nice/apologetic that it didn't even matter. My car is all fixed, and I saved $435. Literally, apples-to-apples comparison, I paid $435 less than I would have at Ted Britt and I got to have great conversations with great people.
