I had a tire pressure light on and I stopped thinking it was still the NTB tire store. The guys said they could look at it. The tech checked the pressure in all four tires the front that said it was low was ten pound low, he filled it but the two manger and the tech took their time checking into why it was low. Yep, found a nail! Said they could patch it right then. While waiting we talked about how I would need new tires soon, I know that. Andrew took the time to print me three quotes on new tires. I would recommend checking them out. I will let them put on my new tires when I decide what I want.

The personnel were friendly and explained what they had done. As a woman, I appreciated that.

This is the BEST place to bring a car - especially if you are a female! They treat you with respect, do not talk down to you and truly want to make sure you are happy with their service. I really like the way they text what they've worked on - with pictures! And give each part a rating of green, yellow, or red. They will not do any work you do not want them to do and they explain everything. Definitely FIVE stars!!
