Excellent service. Very nice staff.

In general the service was done very quickly but some of the instruction or things I asked for where not done. I have no way of knowing if others where done.

Reliable work, good communication and follow up. What's not to like?

Very impressive team of professionals with years of experience (I like to interview the guys and felt very comfortable leaving my car). There were more plus's than minus's with my visit. The inspection report was very thorough and an unexpected bonus. Unfortunately my original reason for going to the shop was to do with a tire repair which could have been handled differently. Is a clean, professionally run auto repair shop.

Addressed the alignment. Pointed out additional work and were entirely honest about the worth of doing that work. Appreciated the candor and honest appraisal.

When it comes to car services, people are skeptical whether they are getting the right services or not, but Craftsman Auto - Fairfax eliminate all these by being transparent with the customers and following up through the state of the art technology. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family for their auto service needs.
