Lack personality far as customer Service and the guy acted if I didn't know how to redeem my groupon voucher wasn't happy with him at all he told me that they weren't running a groupon and checked to see if my groupon was valid but good work on my car I guess they take forever

Purchased new brakes for Truck and they didn’t even bother flushing them. There was so much air in them that my brakes locked up on the highway and caused a 4 car wreck that totaled my truck. This place failed at basic due diligence. I won’t pursue this legally but Wayne you need to evaluate your staff. This is gross incompetence and I hope everyone that reads this review has second thoughts about trusting your shop.

Great diagnostics, competitive pricing. I appreciated the military discount. I've also used the Fairfax location. Great to support a local business. I generally do most of my own maintenance, but sometimes you get in over your head! I've used their competitors before, Hogan and VA tire. Generally, they overcharged on parts, stores were a disaster, and had to return to get second repairs. Craftsman is the way to go, convenient location at Merrifield for Metro drop off.
