Prompt and professional service. This was my second visit within the past two months. My appointment to get a set of tires installed was easy to set up over the phone. The tires were mounted and balanced extremely well and I have no complaints.

This was my second time and I was pleasantly surprised. Wonderful crew that believes in providing highest quality service. I went with a Groupon for oil change, and they performed just what I requested. They did not hand me a $1000 recommend services as other places that advertise with Groupon do. Highly recommend the place if you want peace of mind!!

Andrew and the team at Craftsman Automotive is the best AutoCare center in the DC Metro Region. They are the most understanding, honest, and realistic engineers I have ever met. I have a 2009 BMW 750i and they have treated my car likes it's there own. If you need to have your BMW worked on never take it to the BMW Dealer! You have to take it to Andrew at Craftsman Automotive!!! You can trust and believe they will treat you right!

Craftsman performed a major service on my vehicle that included a new head gasket, water pump, spark plugs, and a whole host of other repairs. Not only was the entire staff a joy to work with and talk to (very friendly and personable), they gave my car careful attention and concern. I cannot recommend them enough! This is by far the best mechanic I have ever used. I highly recommend.

Came in with a nail in my tire, was taken care of quickly by the team who were friendly, enjoyable to talk to, and actually knew what they were talking about unlike most mechanic shops I’ve been to.
