I had a very positive experience at Craftsman Auto Care in Merrifield. My car issue was fixed quickly and correctly and my interactions with the team members were extremely courteous and kind. They took the time to explain the issues that were necessary to fix and which to prioritize. I love Craftsman Auto. My husband is in the service so we move around a bit. A frustration about a new area is not knowing where to take our cars for repairs and maintenance. Someplace honest and reliable. Following some good advice we tried Craftsman. These guys are awesome. They are through, honest, quick and they stand behind their work.
