I have had alot of work done to my car due to it being an older model. I trust the owner and the mechanics there. They always send me a text with pictures of which part of my car needs work and let me decide. I never am disappointed or feel I have been taken advantage of being a woman.

The Chantilly Craftsman Team (Andrew, Steve, and the techs) did a fantastic job with three different cars I’ve taken to them recently, all with very different issues. The Team has earned my trust and future business, due to their excellent process and execution, from “intake”, diagnosis, estimate detail, fair pricing, and delivery commitments. Good job!!

These guys are amazing, funny and very knowledgeable about cars. Very trustworthy shop. I will always recommend them. I took my car here to have a state inspection done and I knew that I would need some repairs. They send a neat text message with each step of the inspection including photos so when they say it needs fixed, you can actually see what the issue is and know they aren’t doing unnecessary work. It’s pretty rare to find an honest and friendly car repair shop, so even though they are out of my usual area I will definitely be going out of my way to return to this location
