They know what they are doing and I can trust their judgement.

My two primary requirements for an auto repair shop are (1) Do they know what they are doing (technically)? and (2) Can I trust what they are telling me? This shop gets a top rating from me on both .

Craftsman Auto Care took care of my car detailing & addressing the repair needed in a timely manner. Would reccommend to others.

This is my favorite repair shop I've ever been to. Ray and his team have helped me out multiple times, getting my car repaired in a timely manner, giving me rides to and from the shop, etc. I also want to say: I'm not a car guy. The Craftsman mechanics understand that and that not everybody knows the inner workings of an automobile. They take great time and care to answer every one of your questions AND, my absolute favorite part, you always get an online report of your car's maintenance stats and what was performed on your vehicle. Often includes explanations anyone can understand as well. Can't recommend this place enough!
