I always trust taking my car to craftsman auto care. I love the diagnostics that they send by text and email and prompt follow up call to review. Everything is there for me to read and understand before we talk about the cost of repairs. I have taken my Nissan Altima, Toyota Tacoma and Hylander to them for many years. My Nissan is a 2008 so I need to be able to trust that they are giving me all the proper care to keep this older car running safely on the roads for my two sons.

It was just Virginia state inspection. They were prompt and extremely friendly and pleasant staff; unlike others that just cold and aloof. Would definitely use them again for service.
