I wasn’t able to pick them up once they were dropped off so he personally called me and said that they will keep them inside for me until I was able to stop by. I had an issue with an Air Bag Sensor and the team at Craftsman was very professional with the solution to my problem. Steve (the office manager) was very helpful and through while the tech that worked on my vehicle (Mike) was very professional. I will bring all my future truck problems to them in the future.
