Excellent service! Steve, the mechanic who worked on our car, was great to work with. Communication was great, and he gladly worked with our insurance company. I highly recommend Craftsman Auto Care.

Excellent customer service. They were prompt in notifying me of issues, clear in their description and frank with their determination of issues being a safe driving issue or not (or just being a nuisance). I had interactions with three od the employees and all were professional and courteous. I will return.

Craftsman has a good reputation among the car clubs in DC as a place (regardless of location) where you can get good service. Leesa Thew at the Alexandria location is very accommodating and will make the effort to ensure your experience is a good one.
