The guys (and Lisa) at Craftsman are absolutely fantastic!! I’m on my 2nd car with them (just bought the 2nd and picked up from their one-over to ensure it was in good shape)- they have treated me well. With a few of the bigger items from the first car, I always went and got a second opinion and on one occasion, the other shop said that they were actually really generous with the quote and they couldn’t match it (so naturally, I came back). *One thing I really appreciate is that with every diagnostic, they are thorough, with photos and always willing to talk through what’s happened and possible options. I have another friend who uses them consistently- we swear by them. I ask questions, lots of them, and they are all always so patient and willing to help however they can! *They even gave good recs for this new purchase- from a mechanics standpoint. So GREAT!
