I took my car to get an alignment, they were great and very informative. They checked a couple of things and took pictures of my car to show exactly what was wrong.

My experience here was wonderful. They have an excellent waiting room full of complimentary beverages and some light snacks. It’s also equipped with power so as I waited I was able to charge my iPhone. They have two areas to sit I chose the quiet one as I don’t watch tv. Still, there is a tv in all seating areas for people that like to. The customer service woman was excellent. She was a delight to work with. I’m not a huge fan of irrelevant talk and this worked out great. Introvert friendly is my personal choice. I didn’t feel upselled to anything and everything was factual and easy. The prices were economical and when they ordered my tire and said they’d call me when it arrived for my Ford Explorer they did. Within 48 hours we got called and tire was in their possession. I came in handed my keys they finished changing tire to new one and all was done in 15 minutes. This place is great and everyone was kind. I highly recommend to everyone in sterling, cascades and surrounding area to go here for all their auto needs. With much appreciation, Alejandro

I will be bringing my vehicle back! To begin, I was calling around everywhere to get new brakes while also worrying which mechanics can I truly trust with my service and my car. Immediately Edson made the entire process so so easy. The entire crew, even the mechanics and the guy who helped bring me back to the shop, were all amazing.
