What a breath of fresh air! We finally found car care that not only is pleasant to deal with, but honest, and reasonably priced. I brought my 2003 Toyota Tacoma in for a state inspection and the tech found rot on the frame of the truck which was a manufacturing defect that Toyota had addressed. They helped me navigate contacting Toyota but unfortunately found that my truck had exceeded the recall timeframe and I would have had to purchase a new frame not to mention the labor of swapping it out. I assumed the truck was a total loss, but Reggie assessed the damage and identified a way to repair it saving me thousands of dollars. Not only that, he proactively warned me that he could uncover additional rust damage, but when just the opposite happened (less damage than expected) the actual work came in under their estimate! When I went to pick the car up, Reggie gladly put the truck up on the lift and showed me the repair work along with the paint job he did to seal the exposed metal. We're so glad to have a neighborhood garage that we can trust. Highly recommend these guys!

Friendly team with excellent and fast service! Brought in a wheel/tire to be re-balanced, and the team was very knowledgeable with both adjusting the wheel weights and performing a road-force balance. Running much smoother now. Will definitely come back in the future!

Matt and the team are AWESOME! We’re on the way to NY to have family reunion and got FLAT tire. It’s 4:50pm on Friday. We asked several shops with no shop. Matt’s shop was lined up with cars but willing to help us after leaning our situation. They took out the screw and filled the tire. We got our car before 6pm and able to back to the road. We really appreciate their quick help and willing to stretch themselves on Friday evening.

Just picked up my Jeep and after taking it to so many different places, craftsman auto finished the job! They were able to detect the issue immediately and provide a resolution. They replaced the transfer case and did the electrical programming and I am a very happy customer. Drew was excellent along the way and constantly provided updates. Def recommend! 10/10

Well I had a nail in the rear tire I got to the shop I spoke to Matt he was very curtious and polite excellent customer service I recommend this business it's a wonderful place Thank you to all employees were great. Keep up the good work I'll be back again. Stephanie
