I'd like to reiterate my previous review of Edson at Craftman Chantilly. I had a misunderstanding with another advisor and was subsequently overcharged for a service A on my Mercedes S63 Coupe. I called and spoke to Edson the next morning and he IMMEDIATELY remedied the situation. Edson earned my business after my first interaction with him, and he just confirmed why I choose Craftman for all of my car services and why I recommend them to all of my friends.

Big comfortable couches, vibrant personalities, and prompt quality service. Gonna come here for my inspections from now on.

I came in for an oil change and new tires, they were speedy and polite throughout the process. The shop was clean and pleasant to wait in. The price was also great. It’s a little out of the way from where I live, but it’s worth coming back here for the service.
