They’ve done great work on my car, but more than that, the customer service is outstanding. Appreciate the replacement of the battery in my key for no charge in particular!

These mechanics are not out to get your money. All they want to do is fix your vehicle. They'll tell you exactly what's wrong with it and how much it costs. They want your lifelong business, so they're not about to rip you off for thousands of dollars in repairs you don't need.

Craftsman auto care is a great place to take your car when you need big ticket items fixed. I’ve been here a few times for small stuff and the service has always been very good. I think they overcharge a bit for an oil change so you’re probably better off doing it yourself or going somewhere else. But overall a great place that charges a little more than others but offers great service.

Made an appt to have my main headlights replaced. Great price to get both bulbs replaced. They even did a digital report at no charge. Krystal was very nice & explained some concerns.

Had a flat and Matt got it fixed in under an hour, did it for a great price, and gave me a reference for a guy he knows well to fix the scuffs on my wheels. Saved my weekend. Called the dealership 10 times before going to Matt but only got transferred to voicemail. Will call Matt first next time.

My husband and I have been customers here since we moved to the area about 2.5 years ago. They are always nice and take time to explain why things should be replaced and help you prioritize what should be replaced on your car. Always honest and upfront about costs, which I appreciate greatly.
