I stopped in for a last min VA state inspection and as was pleasantly surprised. After talking with the mechanic directly about an issue he discovered with my car I could tell he cared and genuinely knew what he was talking about. After previous negative experiences with auto repair shops its definitely refreshing to see. I will definitely be returning for future auto service.

Fast and honest

With out a doubt, the best group of people you could ever deal with. They know me and my family pretty well, so I just sent my daughter their due to a tire pressure warning. They know her as well, and when she walked in, they said, jokingly, "sorry, can't help you, your dad didn't call ahead". They of course, took right in, filled her tires and sent her on her merry way. In the interim, I called to bust their chops, Drew and I had banter, laughing and joking, and I again thanked him for their support, kindness and honesty. If you don't utilize Craftsman Auto Care, you may be taken for a ride.

The staff is incredibly kind, great listeners, empathetic, talk you through the process, and are personal. I come in and they know me. The prices are incredible. You won’t find this level of professionalism and quality for cheaper anywhere else. I always know I’ll get the best price. The quality is top tier! I never have to worry if I’m getting the best care because taking it here I know I am. I trust them so much, I can’t emphasize it enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
