My van was making a terrible screeching metal on metal noise so I had the van towed to Craftsman. I was new to Craftsman and John & team completely took care of me. They identified my issues quickly and were able to provide me with a thorough diagnostic of the overall health of my van. The customer service, communication & timeliness made this an outstanding first experience. I will definitely bring all of our vehicles here for service in the future. Definitely check them out!
