Service representative Richard checked if a service was needed that was recommended by another car shop. He assessed that it was not necessary at this point, that would have cost about $1,500. I appreciated the photos he included. We had alignment for new tires, and passed inspection. Car was ready at the estimated time frame. We will probably be back for future car service needs after this positive experience.
