Had a really pleasant first experience here. Went in for an oil change but knew some other work needed to be done and looked forward to seeing the inspection report that they text to you. Somewhat unexpectedly, I found out that my car needed all new tires to pass the state safety inspection and worked with their staff to help me determine what could wait on the list of other things that had to be done so I could reallocate the money needed for new tires. They took the time to price things out for me and even though I ended up using a competitor's tires because of price, they still treated me well and I plan will return to them for the rest of my "to do" list once I've recovered from the tire purchase! Communication, Competence, Care: these Craftsman Auto Care Fairfax customer service tenets were on full display when I brought my two vehicles over there for extensive repairs and routine service respectively. An organization reflects its leadership as demonstrated by the performance of Richard Tonetti and his staff. Both he and Mike Flanagan communicated easily about the nuances of my vehicles' respective statuses and the skill and experience was readily apparent. They have earned my respect and I likely will return for more work without hesitation.

This business was thorough, professional, and they were able to get my vehicle in last minute to diagnose and fix my air conditioning as well as another urgent issue with my front suspension. They provide an incredibly detailed and comprehensive report of inspection, and even lent me a vehicle while mine was in the shop. I will definitely be returning for all of my regular maintenance requirements.
