Stacey and Brent are brilliant! I came in on a very busy day without an appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in and get my car all straightened out within the day. Brent listened and took my concerns seriously, and I appreciated his transparency when reviewing my options for resolving my oil leak. Stacey helped me when I came to pick up my car, and she was quick and very kind the entire time. With their professional staff and quality work, I would not hesitate to return to Craftsman Auto Care for future services!

They are courteous, expedient, thorough, and provide additional information on what your car may need soon without any hard sell. They'll tell you the honest truth about how serious or not something is so you can plan and prioritize. They are so trustworthy and really make me feel so much more confident, comfortable, and relaxed when addressing my car maintenance and repair needs.

I did a state inspection at Craftsman Auto Care. I was very pleased with the service. It was done in a timely manner. The employees were courteous and professional.

Really nice guy help me out the plastic under my front of my car was hanging really low. He didn't ask if I had an appointment or anything he asked for the keys fix it without question. They I told him about how my car doesn't pick up speed we took it for a drive and he found out what was going on. Because trust me I told other shops and they didn't care just gave me thoughts. This guy went out with me and tested it with me and listened.

Nice waiting room & bathroom always stay clean every time I visit . They offered me a ride to my job an everything.
