Craftsman Auto guys saved the day for us again. Believe me if I praise someone for their work it’s for real. First, I made huge mistake and took my vehicle to another auto center that starts with a N here in Fairfax. They flat out told me they couldn’t repair my car “ take it else where”. And I did just that, I immediately called Craftsman and the manager said bring it in right now within 30 minutes those professional mechanics diagnosed the issued , quoted me a price. And gave me estimated time for part and repair . I was so grateful to receive this kind of service . The whole staff is kind , professional and trust worthy. And the owner is a delight to speak to as well. My daughter and I appreciate all of you guys. Keep up the good work! I will be referring your shop to my friends and family. 👍🏾😊 ❤️

I'm giving one star for this place. 1. Made an appointment a week ago at 8.00 a.m. Dropping the car off at 8.00 a.m. and sitting there for 1.10 hrs. with my car still in the lot. Many cars come after are getting service before me. What is the point of an appointment? 2. I have been told by a technician the shop cannot install 245/35R20 on 20x9 rim which is ridiculous. The size is within the specification by the manufacturer on 20x9 rim. Just one true opinion.

My Power Seats and Mirrors stopped working on my 2013 F150 after I reached down between the seats and console to retrieve my phone. I suspected that I might have loosed a power wire connection. I took the truck to the local Ford Dealer in Fairfax and told them the problem. They told me they would do a diag. They would have to charge me a separate diag fee for the mirror and seat. I told them just do seat hoping they figure out the issue. Anyway, they say "Need to start by replacing driver's side seat module, programming, and then recheck for any other issues" estimate would be $1060.00. I thought to myself I just paid for a diag to the find problem, not start replacing parts to the find problem. I declined and told them I would get a second opinion. I came to here and had them do a diag, they did not try to charge me for both items, told them what I think might have happened. Matt and his staff were very professional and Matt explained the problem after his mechanic properly diagnosed the issue later that day. The problem as I suspected was a loose power connection underneath the seat that i probably dislodged while reaching for my phone. He reconnected the loose wire fitting and my power seats and mirrors are back to normal. They saved me a lot of money and headaches. I highly recommend Matt and his staff for their exceptional customer service and honesty. Thank You!

Be Aware ! Be Aware from this guys ! THEY ARE SCAMMERS ! I just got my BMW Repair about 12/22/22 and they “ fixed “ engine oil leak ! They did complete maintenance to my BMW they change Air filter,carbin Air filter,Engine Filter, Yesterday I got my car in there Shop for insurance claim abut 3 Wheels replacement And guess what the messed up me BMW 1 oil Engine Leak ? 2 Transmission Fluid ? 3 Front Suspension ? 4 Rear Suspension ? 5 Exhaust System ? Be very careful I will get second opinions before you get any repair from this guys Not professional they are Crooks Jack up the price I take my BMW to the dealer in Maryland Everything that they did to my BMW will be fixed Make no mistake I will take them To Court And make sure that they will pay me back for All what they did Don’t take your car to this guys Be carful. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remarkable! Son bring auto home to Boston, MA from Fl -low profile rear tire blew out and donut installed to get to a tire co in Mclean VA area. Had tire shipped in overnight as know one had tire and it was back ordered for wks. Went to Dealership (Merc) to have tire installed and they attempted, put tire on rim but could not set it- charged him 240.00 for trying. He brought tire to four specialty tire shops only to be told it was stretched by Merc and would not set and advised other tire shops. He went to each one with same results. I flew in following morning to get this accomplished as it was impossible for me to understand. These wheels and rims less than a year old and very expensive. I proceeded to four different recommended shops only to end with Craftsman. They understood the problem and understood we had to be on the road that night to get back to Boston for mother/grnadnothers 98 th birthday celebration. They fully communicated the problems and the possible solutions. By 630 p.m a Friday evening. they had the rear tires on the original rims installed, balanced and tires aligned for a VERY competitive price, No price gouging. The personnel fabulous, responsive, incredibly positive with a "can do"/"must do" attitude. The owner who happened to be there when first entered was equally as supportive, determined and sincere. You can not go wrong with this company, this is proof positive. I own two businesses in Boston for over 25 years and this company has it down. They are courteous, direct, helpful, responsive, and capable. Go to them for your car issues before going anywhere else. Made it home without a hitch.

Staff was quite friendly and knowledgeable. Seemed to be quite accommodating for other customers.

With out a doubt, the best group of people you could ever deal with. They know me and my family pretty well, so I just sent my daughter their due to a tire pressure warning. They know her as well, and when she walked in, they said, jokingly, "sorry, can't help you, your dad didn't call ahead". They of course, took right in, filled her tires and sent her on her merry way. In the interim, I called to bust their chops, Drew and I had banter, laughing and joking, and I again thanked him for their support, kindness and honesty. If you don't utilize Craftsman Auto Care, you may be taken for a ride.

These mechanics are not out to get your money. All they want to do is fix your vehicle. They'll tell you exactly what's wrong with it and how much it costs. They want your lifelong business, so they're not about to rip you off for thousands of dollars in repairs you don't need.
