I was having the absolute worst day in general and my battery died as soon as I was leaving work. I had never been here so I called ahead and they told me to come right in. I could see they were swamped with end of month inspections, but they had someone go look at my car right away and get started. The two gentleman at the front carried great convo and kept me looped in the entire time. They serviced my car within 30 minutes and saved me from having to spend extra money by taking the time to clean my battery terminals well. Usually it’s daunting as a woman to go alone to car shops, but I felt heard and taken care of the entire visit. I wasn’t overcharged and called my partner right after to express my immense gratitude for finding a place that felt so inviting. Thank you all for helping me on a terrible day and I’ve been telling all my regulars to visit!

The Fairfax team did an excellent job in replacing our resonator and pipe assembly in order to pass inspection. They even tried to salvage the parts they could to minimize the cost on our family. They performed the work fast and efficient and we will most definitely be bringing our future vehicles back to this location.

I was extremely happy with the service i received from Craftsman Auto Care. After a dead battery issue, they ran a complete check on the electricals free of charge. They did find some other issues and I had them fix those next day. Very helpful.

They are courteous, expedient, thorough, and provide additional information on what your car may need soon without any hard sell. They'll tell you the honest truth about how serious or not something is so you can plan and prioritize. They are so trustworthy and really make me feel so much more confident, comfortable, and relaxed when addressing my car maintenance and repair needs.
