Great and quick service! I opted for the concierge and they came right away to pick up my car. I received the diagnostics via email and was able to review before work was to be done. Service over the phone was ideal and my car sounded great once I got it back.

The staff at Craftsman were consistently communicative, helpful, and very nice to talk to. I had some work done on my car earlier this year, and now as I prepared for moving I took it in to make sure it was in good shape for the long drive. The staff looked it over, sent me a report with clear pictures and descriptions, and sent me on my way without my having to pay a cent. Great customer service.
