Great group of people. I had work done there last summer. I had no need to go back to the shop until my mother in law’s car needed tires. Everyone recognized me and called me by name. Very impressive. The service is outstanding. I’m a customer for life!

The Craftsman team is extremely helpful and competent. They diagnose and solve our various car issues quickly and are very attentive. They always schedule us in quickly for emergency repairs.

I was impressed with my first visit to Craftman Auto Care (Merrifiled), the place is clean and loaded with hand sanitizers. Everybody working there is polite, attentive and professional. I took my car to get new brakes, they got it done in 2 hours. Very happy with their service. I will not hesitate to go back in the future.
