Bob and his team provided me with the world class customer service , Servive needed light on the dash board did not want to rest, Bob provided me with free loaner car and my car was fixed in an hour after I left , even they dropped my car at my house . Would give 6 stars if able. Tom diagnosed something for me that was caused by another mechanic in very short time. I have used several garages in the Northern VA area over the past decade and found a couple that I really like. Craftsman Auto Care just took the number one spot.
