We've been Craftsman customers for years because of the honest, friendly, and well-priced service. I took my son's 2009 Element in for a digital clock adjustment. The technician spent over 30 minutes trying every conceivable solution. We found we'd need a whole new radio. He charged exactly zero dollars despite his labor. This plus all the excellent service we routinely receive is why I drive past dozens of mechanics to get to Craftsman. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Craftsman Auto Alexandria is really wonderful. It's the only place we take our vehicles. We consistently receive great service, from the customer service to the work being done on our cars. Mason specifically is very kind and follows up promptly but everyone there is great! They quote you on cost before doing anything and I like that they explain any fixing that should be done. They actually do an overview of the vehicle and list out the status of each thing with green, yellow, or red so you know which things are good to go and what urgently should be fixed. They will continue to receive our business :) Services: Oil change, General repairs & maintenance
