These guys are great! Very friendly and professional. They gave me the tires I wanted for the same price as TireRack. One day service too. I was sick and they offered to come pick up my car... no extra charge! I've worked as a mechanic so I can say with authority that these guys know their business. They look over the car and send you a link to a page listing the good, the non-urgent, and the urgent items... they even take pictures where applicable so you can see what's wrong. No pressure tactics and no BS. All my family's cars will be going to Chraftsman Auto Care.

I have a 1999 Porsche 911, and the previous owner had taken it to a Craftsman shop. They did an oil change for what I consider a very reasonable price and fixed dashboard lights not coming on which was an intense job of taking the dashboard out and checking electrical and coding, all for a reasonable price. I had my car at another shop that was very highly rated, but they could not figure out the problem I was having. Craftsman found the problem and had me fixed in a few days.
