I got a report from the dealer that made me feel like I was driving a death trap. I went in to craftsman auto for 2nd opinion and they did a free diagnostic with pictures. car only needed regularly scheduled maintenance. Ahhh feel at ease and car runs great!!!!

Their staff is genuinely professional, friendly & knowledgeable. My car was ready in the timeframe specified when I dropped the car off. Highly appreciated the details that were provided me about upcoming items that need taken care of and what items that currently do not need immediate attention. I have been using their services(tires, rotation, alignment, oil changes, yearly inspection & road trip inspections for 2-3 years & highly recommend their services to anyone.

Took my 06 infiniti g35 coupe for alignment after installing coilovers and adjustable susp.arms, Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and didn't mind sharing some with me. Answered all of my questions.
