Tried this new shop and so glad I did. Courteous, even if you are not sure what is going on with your car. Accurate diagnosis and fixed on one visit. Certified mechanics are nice to talk with, and yes, you can talk with the mechanic directly. No bogus laundry list of "emergencies" recommended when you go to pay the bill. What was recommended is what I know it does need. The car is a 23 year old Chrysler with a Mitsubishi engine with the service engine light on. The correction was to locate and fix one vacuum leak, replace the EGR valve, and replace the upstream O2 sensor. Service engine lights is off and stays off, idle is smooth and the car is back to running great. Highly recommend.

I’m a travel nurse and sometimes it can be very hit or miss with automotive care, especially when not familiar with the area. This place was definitely a hit! Each member of the staff I encountered was very helpful and informative. I’m very satisfied with the work they did. Definitely an A+ in customer care!!

After a terrible experience and getting absolutely ripped off at a different mechanic (who charged me $200 for an oil change, tire rotation and diagnostic, told me I had to buy the a new piece from the dealership myself, and were just terribly rude) I decided to call Craftsman Auto Care and I must say the difference in customer service alone was night and day! Ray and his team were so welcoming, and walked me through every step of the way - what I actually needed, and what I could hold off on. Ray explained that not only did I not need to buy the piece, he had it all fixed and ready to go in a couple of hours! These guys are incredible, I felt treated fairly and kindly and they just got a customer for life!

The guys at Craftsman were so helpful. They were luckily able to squeeze in the work on my car the same day I called. The prices were very reasonable and I trust that the advice was genuine. Would definitely use Craftsman again!

Well everything seemed good with the oil change , tire rotation and few of the other things they did. Woke up the next day and my check engine light was on . Texted the rep and her reply was because it was only an oil change, probably unrelated to why the check engine light was on . She stated for $180 dollars they could run a full diagnostic on it . Felt that it was not handled the right way . Won’t return.
