I have never been to a more honest mechanic. Not only did they not try and take advantage of me and sell me things I did not need, they also were priced much cheaper then anywhere I found and their oil change included the tire rotation and diagnostic. Other companies will separate this to make their service seem cheaper but it is not. I also went to the wrong location and they were kind enough to honor my appt still as well as deal with my faulty Groupon that got stuck. Above and beyond service and I will not only go back but also recommend them to everyone. Special thanks to Matt for his kindness and patience. Give that man a raise, he's def one of a kind!

Great people and great service

My vehicle was inadvertently dropped off at the Mr. Tire to have new brake pads put on the front. After getting the vehicle back from them, there were no brakes at all working and there were tons of error codes on my vehicle. Basically they forced the calipers open to get the brake pads on with an electric brake system. Thankfully this shop took my car in and was kind enough to do a diagnostic, check the brakes, reset the codes, and not take me for tons of money. Not only did they help me out of a jam, they were super kind, patient, and willing to fit me in. I felt welcome and respected even though I was in a bad situation from a mistake that somebody had dropped it off at the wrong shop. I am thankful for the group of technicians at this establishment and I advise everyone to start there first.

Very competent staff. Took the old family beater in when it started throwing random codes. They did a great job diagnosing an electrical issue that caused multiple systems to fail. Drew was also helpful in scoping the work to focus on priorities within my budget.

Really easy and fast service. The customer center is nice and the staff was helpful and polite.
