I had an urgent need to replace the alternator belt that broke down on the road. I walked in with a crisis and Andrew appeared as an angel and prioritized my service and fixed my car in 90 minutes. Andrew made my day.

My overall experience dealing with Craftstman Auto was highly positive. They were able to take in my 2019 Silverado on a short notice appointment. The customer service was excellent, very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I left my vehicle to run a diagnostic on the climate control module which was malfunctioning. After a couple hours, I received a call stating the climate control had a bad fuse. The technicians were thorough and helpful in a time where a previous mechanic misdiagnosed the issue and would have charged me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend this shop for anyone having car troubles.

One of the greatest mechanic shop in town!!! The customer service from the person over the phone and front desk was amazing! They understood my situation and still helped me out even though I was late for my appointment. But the best part about the whole visit was the mechanic tech who helped me out. Andrew M. came in and greeted me with a million dollar smile! Not only he was very knowledgeable in his field but he was also very kind and caring!! He carefully explained to me what happened with my vehicle and the process to fix it. I haven’t met a technician like him before and left an amazing impression on me!! I used to go to Midas but now I think I’ll be coming over here now just for the spectacular service!

Deymar Deleon and his staff were very professional and polite. Offered a snack and a drink while the car was worked on. Unlike many others, I didn’t feel pressured to buy services the car didn’t necessarily need right away. Honesty is hard to come by so thank you and the team!!!

I was out of town to Sterling, VA a few weeks ago for my daughter's soccer tournament and woke up to a flat tire in the hotel parking lot. As we pumped up the tire I searched online for a nearby auto repair shop and luckily chose the best one around - Craftsman Auto Care - Sterling/Cascades. I walked in to a clean, inviting, and friendly space. They offered me coffee, smiles, and laughs - all of which were so very welcome on a difficult morning. Turns out there was a nail in my tire and they took beautiful care of it. And I even got a story about Rhonda, which I loved! Best flat tire experience ever! I think it was Andrew who helped me out; I wrote his name on the business card and put it in my purse (which was stolen by the end of the soccer weekend) so I can't remember but I think that's it. Craftsman Auto Care was a highlight of my weekend! Thank you :)

This was a pleasant surprise. Craftsman goes above and beyond, I didn't realize what I was missing. Mason helped me understand specifically how and where things went wrong as well as updating me with photos and complete workup that was texted. All in all their practices are unlike other places and it matches their incredibly genuine personalities and capabilities. Everything is purring like a outdoor cat on a hot summer day.
