I've been to Craftsman twice in the last year and I couldn't ask for better service. Fast, reasonably priced, flexible on the timing of the work being done. The last time I was in I had a screw in a new tire. I figured I was going to be sold a new tire. Thankfully Peter and his team pulled the screw and reported that it had not pierced the tire through. No charge for the time spent. When's the last time you had an auto repair shop do that?? I'll be back with any future problems.

My new garage! 1st time at Craftsman Chantilly where my 2011 Prius had a much needed tune-up. Time & care taken by Alejandro & Dashaun to go over everything before & after. Both were knowledgeable, thorough, & extremely pleasant to work with. Didn't meet technician, but car is purring so thank you Trent!

I didn't make an appointment, it was during my lunch period, and I needed to work while I waited. They still took me in, their waiting area featured WiFi so I could work, and they still finished my oil change within about an hour. Great experience, incredibly nice people, and I go out of my way to visit them again in the future.
