I enjoyed my experience at Craftsman Auto Care, the staff was very pleasant. The waiting area is very nice and comfortable. When I first came in, Krystal and Johnathan did a great job of making me feel comfortable while I was waiting for my car’s state inspection to be finished.

Went to Craftsman Auto Care for a routine vehicle checkup and was very pleased with ther service received. As a woman car shops and mechanics try to take advantage but everything Craftsman suggested my car needed I knew. I will return to Craftsman for ALL my car needs. The manager was very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions maintaining my vehicle in this heat.

I've been to Craftsman twice in the last year and I couldn't ask for better service. Fast, reasonably priced, flexible on the timing of the work being done. The last time I was in I had a screw in a new tire. I figured I was going to be sold a new tire. Thankfully Peter and his team pulled the screw and reported that it had not pierced the tire through. No charge for the time spent. When's the last time you had an auto repair shop do that?? I'll be back with any future problems.
