I was very happy with my service here. My car was making a rattling noise so I took it to the dealership to see what was going on. They wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee of over 100 dollars plus they were trying upsell me on many other items. Decided to go Craftsman and I am glad I did. First - the service was top notch. They did my oil change and inspected my car. They identified the rattling noise as the shocks and suggested I take it to the dealership because it should have been under warranty. Unfortunately it was not so I took my car back to them and they replaced them. They were about 100 cheaper than the dealer’s quote and the experience was much more pleasant. Thank you Steve and the craftsman team for your help! I will be back!

I had a bolt in my tire and Craftsman Auto Care was the closet to my location. I am so glad they were there because they were so friendly and understanding of my situation. Definitely the right kind of shop to help you in a pinch.

Great customer service. Took my 911 there to check out a tire that kept losing pressure. They found another tire leaking air more than the one I expected. They take pictures of everything and share it via a link that gives you all the details of everything done. Will return for any further service.

I want to express my gratitude and full satisfaction for the service I received at this Fairfax location of Craftsman. My SUV was packed and my wife and I were headed for a road trip when we realized we had a slow leak in one tire. Drew, the manager detected the problem and had the tire fixed as soon as they could and had us on the road. We lost a little time but we left feeling our vehicle was safe the trip. We live very close to this service station and feels good we can depend on them.

Craftsman Auto Care was willing to work on my 1962 Corvette when many other people would not touch it. I appreciate this, and I really liked their “digital health check” because I could see images of exactly the concerns so that I could make an informed decision moving forward. They were really great; I highly recommend them
