I had a flat tire and was able to barely made it to Kingstowne Auto Care. I just needed a quick tire change and the desk attendant quickly got a mechanic and he changed it on the spot for me. I was in and out in 15 minutes. No waiting, no large bill either! Thanks for getting me back on the road faster than AAA!

What a great repair shop. I was in need of brake pads and rotors on the front of my Explorer, as well as an examination of a problematic emergency brake. They were by far the lowest quote (4 different options - and by $60) on the brakes and while the e-brake needed an expensive repair, the costs were 2/3 parts. The labor was reasonable, and the repairs are well done. Kingstowne called as I requested once the problem was evaluated and only made repairs with my go-ahead. They were also helpful allowing me to pay by phone and locking my keys in the car so it could be picked up after hours during my work-week!

Friendly, professional service. I've been to Kingstowne Auto Care a couple of times: once to replace a few burned out bulbs in my car, and once to repair a leaky tire. Each time, they performed the service quickly while I waited, and I was pleasantly surprised by the final bill: $4 per bulb replaced, and $10 per tire leak repaired. It's hard to imagine how they make any money with those prices. Their staff was very courteous and professional. I'd gladly return there in the future. Friendly, professional service. I was looking for a local auto... I was looking for a local auto repair shop online this morning and remembered the good service I received at Kingstowne Auto Care. I few months ago, my son's car overheated and I had it towed to Kingstowne over the weekend because it was the nearest auto repair facility. I called the following morning, to explain the details and within a short period of time I had an estimate for the repair. Unfortunately, the engine was already damaged; however, the professionalism and courtesy afforded me was the greatest I have had in an auto repair facility in a long time. Bottom line, I am going back today to have some work performed.

These guys are the best at customer service. Great prices as well. I have taken all of our vehicles to them. No matter the age or wear of the car, they have fixed any problem. I tell all of my cleints to see them.

Great service and quick turnaround time! I used to live in the Kingstowne area and had scrimped on my car care duties by going to the Wal-Mart there for an oil change. Worst mistake ever! They broke the oil pressure gauge sensor nearly clean off when they untightened the oil filter and failed to mention a word about it (of course). So when I went looking for a mechanic to fix it, I chose Kingstown Auto Care because it was close. I totally lucked out. The guy there, I think his name was John, said that I should take the car back to Wal-Mart and show them the damage and make a claim. He said he often fixed cars that Wal-Mart's techs had bungled. So I took his advice. Wal-Mart covered the cost of repairs (which was about $150 if I remember correctly...and is a good deal considering the metro area we're in here) and I had my car back in just a few short hours. Now, over a year later, I need to take my car in for a tune up but don't live in the area. I had such a great experience with these guys that I'm seriously considering driving the 20 miles one way when I do have it serviced. If you're close to the shop, try them out. If you're not close to the shop, try it out anyway...they seem to be pretty decent guys and that's hard to come by in metro areas where customers are a dime a dozen. I've been going to Kingstowne Autocare for over 5 years and have been very satisfied with their prices, service, and speed to repair my vehicles. They are honest and more than once have advised against getting a service that was not needed. As a car enthusiast, I am very particular about who services my cars and how they are maintained. They perform manufacturer recommended services, but without all the unnecessary checks and costs, and have also installed aftermarket parts.

Happy result! I just had my brakes done here as well as the starter. Very good price. Cheaper than the other estimates I received. They seem honest, very personable people working there.

Went to them for a PS fluid change, and only because fluid changes are easier to have done than to do yourself. I do most of my own car repair, and have always done so. Every other shop around wanted $110 or more to change steering fluid. Kingstown Auto did it for $59, I think. What's more, when I got it changed, they told me the old fluid had been extremely dirty and that if I brought it back in a week, they'd change it again (to remove residual dirt) for just the price of the fluid. That is really the only way to do it. I brought it back the next week and it was in and out in about 15 minutes, and they replaced the fluid for free. I would definitely go to them again.
