Craftsman Auto Care continues to impress me and win my business! I've had about five (5) encounters with them and EACH experience was informative, affordable (even gratis!!) and fantastic! Outstanding service, extremely nice staff, quick and accommodating service (always just walked-in) and pleasant waiting room (free coffee, tea, snacks, TV and wi-fi). My first encounter in 2016 was to repair a tire with a nail in it. Landmark Honda told me it couldn't be fixed and wanted to charge me $250 for a new tire. Skeptical, and having NEVER paid that much money for one (1) tire, I went to CAC. They fixed it for $25!!! My second encounter a few months ago, was when my CRV suddenly died. I had it towed to Landmark Honda and was informed the drivetrain came off and I would need a new transmission as well and recommended not fixing it. Still skeptical, I called CAC and explained the situation. Whomever I talked to confirmed Landmark Honda's diagnosis, recommended not repairing it due to its age and mileage, AND suggested several options to dispose of the vehicle. This really impressed me and won my trust as they make money by repairing vehicles, not also selling them!! My third and fourth encounters were with my mother's 2001 Avalon with 207,000+ miles that I'm driving while I research buying another SUV. They made a minor repair, did not charge me full price AND gave me a free stainless steel thermos (little things matter to me)! And just the other day, I took the Avalon to have the power steering fluid checked because they told me previously that it was leaking. They topped it off for FREE!! Since 1999, I have owned two (2) Honda CRVs that were purchased and ONLY dealer-serviced at Landmark Honda. CAC has won my business! I will definitely take my next SUV to them!
